Contract Negotiation

Your Sellect Realty listing agent negotiates an offer directly with the buyer's agent, on your behalf, the same way as a traditional real estate agent. Your agent will review and discuss with you the best counteroffer strategies and negotiate the contract. - Contract Negotiation (on an offer from a buyer NOT REPRESENTED by an agent)
Sellect Realty will provide the buyer a Purchase and Sale Agreement form (commonly called a Contract) and explain the purchasing procedures to the buyer, as a Customer (not a client). If the buyer chooses not to be represented by an agent, you save the buyer's agent commission (typically 3% of selling price). Your Sellect Realty agent will represent and assist only you during the contract negotiations, not the buyer.
Support in Preparation for and During Closing

Your Sellect Realty agent will review with you the Inspection Report and discuss any repair and/or replacement items that may be requested by the buyer. Your agent will negotiate the requested items directly with the buyer's agent, on your behalf. - Suggestion for mortgage brokers and/or loan officers to buyer
