Sellect Realty is a small company of dedicated real estate professionals serving the Atlanta area real estate market. The Founder and His Vision

The company was founded by Victor Higgins, a seasoned veteran agent whose real estate career began in 1978. His enthusiasm for all aspects of real estate, coupled with a keen business drive, has made him into a multi-million dollar producer. Over the years, he has worked for traditional real estate companies that are both nationally and locally recognized in the Atlanta area.

In this decade, he has begun to see a changing trend in the real estate industry brought on by consumers disillusioned about the high cost of traditional real estate services. He has also become discontent with the mindset of traditional real estate companies and the restrictions it imposed on the quality of his services. It was for these reasons that he realized tradition would have to give way to the tides of change, and a switch to a new real estate model would have to be made.
