Use a Sellect Realty sales associate as your Buyer's Agent in the
purchase of your next home and receive up to 1% cash back of the
contract sales price!This rebate program is valid on any "resale" home or on any "new construction" home in the Metro Atlanta area, with approval from your lender. The rebate may be applied toward your purchase price or closing costs or a rebate check may be handed to you at closing. The choice is yours on how you would like to receive your rebate.
This buyer rebate program through Sellect Realty has the best conditions and the least restriction compared to other rebate or discount programs offered by any other real estate company.
Representation by Sellect Realty is free to you as a buyer. The seller or the builder, in case of new construction, pays all commissions.
Here's How It Works
Rebate is available on the purchase of any residential home in the Metro Atlanta area with a sales price of more than $100,000 listed on FMLS, Georgia MLS or For Sale by Owner homes offering commission to buyer's agents.
Sellect Realty is able to offer the cash back rebate if you assist in the
search for your dream home. Through our website, we will provide access to all
properties listed on the multiple listing services (MLS). Your participation
in the search process reduces the cost to Sellect Realty and, thus, we are
passing the savings on to you.Sellect Realty will schedule and arrange the tour of homes you wish to see from your own search along with those from Sellect Realty's selection of homes that fit your criteria.
You will be eligible for the 1% rebate if you purchase a home within the first ten (10) guided home tours with a Sellect Realty agent. You will receive ½% rebate if you purchase a home between 11 to 20 Sellect Realty home tours.
On any new construction home, you will receive the rebate from Sellect Realty in addition to any discounts or promotions offered by the home builder.
The nominal transaction fee of .0012 of the contract sales price that FMLS charges you, the buyer, will be deducted from the rebate amount.
To get the buyer rebate, you will enter into a contract with Sellect Realty, called the Buyer's Brokerage Agreement, in order for Sellect Realty to represent you in the purchase of your home. Georgia state law prohibits a real estate broker from representing a buyer without this written, signed agreement.
You will also sign the Cash Back Rebate Program - Terms and Conditions at the time of contract signing to receive your rebate.
